  • CRAB/SHRIMP GUMBO (Cup), with sweet crabmeat, shrimp, corn, stewed tomato, okra, red onion, red beans, rice, slow cooked to a pleasingly brisk savory cajun liquor

  • MIXED GREEN SALAD with cucumber, heirloom tomato, feta, tossed in a red wine vinaigrette

  • BEEF CHUCK ROAST, tender cuts of beef roasted to perfection layered on old stone-grits, fried kale/mustard greens, and macaroni & cheese
